Aug 24 5K/10K - and second chance Sunday, 9/14 (must be completed by 9/15). We start at 7:30 am and need to be finished by 12:00 for lane ropes change. Please send me an e-mail to reserve a lane for either of these dates. Reserve your spot with Coach Patty via e-mail.

Oct 19 There has been a considerable amount of interest in repeating the intrasquad high school dual meet format that we did a few years ago. We have tentatively scheduled for Sunday Oct 19. This will not be a sanctioned event - just for FUN and team building.
Nov. 23 Short Course Meters Championships joint meet with Nov 16 in Sarasota.
